8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. and Canadian law, Prime Industrial Gear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom orders or modified products
• Shipping containers once delivered or collected
• Boats, motor homes, and marine equipment once title, registration, or possession has transferred
• Shipping, handling, delivery, duties, taxes, and registration fees
4. Inspection and Notification
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery or pickup. Any issues must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance and voids refund eligibility.
5. Return Authorization
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Prime Industrial Gear. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
6. Approved Returns
If a return is approved:
• The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping, handling, and insurance costs
• A restocking fee may apply
• Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days after inspection of the returned product. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
8. Cancellations
