You must inspect products upon delivery or pickup. Any issues must be reported in writing within 48 hours. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted only with prior written approval. Custom orders, modified items, and “as-is” products are non-refundable. Approved returns may be subject to restocking and transportation fees.
7. Warranties
Products are provided with only those warranties expressly stated in writing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under U.S. and Canadian law, Prime Industrial Gear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for proper use, installation, operation, licensing, registration, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

For U.S. customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Prime Industrial Gear is registered. For Canadian customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable province, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Our Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Prime Industrial Gear (“we,” “us,” or “our”) by customers in the United States and Canada. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are issued only in accordance with this policy and at the sole discretion of Prime Industrial Gear.
2. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
• The product delivered is materially different from what was agreed upon in writing
• The product is damaged during transit and reported within the required inspection period
• The order is canceled by Prime Industrial Gear prior to delivery
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
• “As-is” products
• Used, refurbished, or surplus equipment sold with disclosed condition
• Custom orders or modified products
• Shipping containers once delivered or collected
• Boats, motor homes, and marine equipment once title, registration, or possession has transferred
• Shipping, handling, delivery, duties, taxes, and registration fees
4. Inspection and Notification
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery or pickup. Any issues must be reported in writing within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes acceptance and voids refund eligibility.
5. Return Authorization
No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from Prime Industrial Gear. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
6. Approved Returns
If a return is approved:
• The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping, handling, and insurance costs
• A restocking fee may apply
• Refunds, if approved, will be issued using the original payment method
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days after inspection of the returned product. Processing times may vary depending on financial institutions.
8. Cancellations
Order cancellations must be requested in writing. If accepted:
• Deposits may be non-refundable
• Administrative and sourcing costs may be deducted
• Orders already shipped or prepared for delivery may not be canceled
